Leadership seminar (LS-1)
COMPETITION FOR THE LEADERSHIP SEMINAR (LS 1) for all company structures
Competition period: 12-2019, 01-02-2020 (3 months)
Participant quota: 50 people
Conditions:
1) Only consultants who have not previously participated in a leadership seminar and have undergone internal structural training can participate in the qualification
2) At the end of the competition, the consultant must have at least 3000 units of total turnover
3) Products are evaluated by all insurance partners.
4) Minimum turnover of personal units during the competition period:
- Level 3 * - at least 300 pure (without factor) units
- Level 4 * - a minimum of 200 net (excluding factor) units
- Level 5 * - minimum 100 pure (without factor) units
*- employee level is determined at the time of the start of the competition.
5) When calculating competitive units, personal units are taken into account by factor 2, i.e. double
6) Units of a lower consultant will be calculated using a 50% reservation (clause as in all competitions of the company).
Competition results may be adjusted by licensed directors, taking into account attendance at workshops.
Products are evaluated by all insurance partners.
